Compliance and third-party risk
Right to be forgotten (RTBF) RTBF
The right to be forgotten (the right to erasure) lets a data subject request the removal of their personal data when there is no longer a legal basis for processing it. It is technically demanding because data often exists in multiple systems, backups, logs and with third parties, so it is hard to reliably and completely erase everywhere.
