Resilience and recovery
High availability (HA) HA
The ability of a system to run almost continuously with minimal interruptions, usually through redundancy and automatic failover to backup components. It is measured as a percentage of uptime (e.g. 99.999%), but on its own it is not a substitute for a backup.
