Diffie-Hellman key exchange DH

A protocol that lets two parties agree on a shared secret key over an insecure channel without ever transmitting it directly. On its own it does not encrypt data or verify the identities of the parties, so without additional authentication it can be attacked by a man-in-the-middle.
