Security governance
Security governance
A system of rules, processes and structures by which an organization directs and oversees its security and aligns it with business goals and laws. Unlike technical measures (e.g. firewalls), governance is the managerial, strategic level that decides what is protected, who is responsible and by what rules things are done.
